Bob Schons’ Vision
The pursuit of justice, the prevention of crime, the apprehension and successful prosecution of the perpetrators of crime, advocacy for victims of crime, mental health awareness, addiction recovery, and youth outreach.
Making the Vision a Reality
Positive Change for Perry County
Foster a positive working relationship with surrounding law enforcement, emergency service agencies, business owners, and community leaders.
Position people throughout the Office that will enable all to thrive, creating a positive work environment with the intent to facilitate a high quality of life for employees and their families.
Establish open lines of communication to root out toxicity in all its forms.
Work with appropriate entities in paving avenues for citizens to take advantage of mental health and addiction recovery resources.
Create safe communities and participate in the development of youth programs of all types. Providing healthy and positive ways for our children to spend their time developing their skills and pursuing their dreams.
TRAINING, TRAINING, TRAINING
Continuous training is a must and will be provided to all employees and all our brother and sister first responders to establish and maintain first responder, investigative, and administrative best practices.
“I’ve seen what it takes to effectively serve and protect the public.”
